Final Form has ambitions to become an elite gaming organization that is well respected in the esports community. We have full intentions of receiving sponsorships, investments, and more to fund the organization to get us to the top to compete against the likes of Fnatic, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, Cloud9, and more!

We are Final Form, an "online gaming organization specializing in gaming (esports) entertainment, anime, and apparel." Consisting of an elite team of high-skilled competitive esports athletes who play a range of games, Final Form participates in tournaments, scrimmages, leagues, and other esports and gaming competitions. Final Form's roster of esports athletes creates high-quality video content which is streamed via services including Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming, attracting hundreds and thousands of viewers. The mission of Final Form is to become a premier online gaming organization, providing quality entertainment while commanding a fan base that rivals those of traditional professional sports organization

Final Form is looking for players with outstanding professional esports skills. The ideal candidate will have previous esports/streaming experience but is not required. You will be an integral part in ensuring that Final Form becomes a successful esports organization that may one day compete against other top teams.

Players accepted will be required to sign a contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Play Esports games competitively
• Stream or record gameplay regularly
• Participates in team meetings
• Compete in tournaments, scrims, leagues, etc.
• Work with other Player(s) in your team to attain victory
• Practice to improve skills daily
• Maintain professionalism in-game and offline

Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of GameBattles, Toornament, ESL experience or similar experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional skills in any competitive game
• Attention to Detail
• Must be self-directed and able to compete in tournaments and practice with limited supervision
• Ability to interact effectively with peers, management, staff, and the public
• Promote a good organization image and maintain confidentiality

Expected Hours of Work:
• Minimum of 3 hours per day including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
