Becoming a pro player

I have been playing games for 12+ years now and I'm looking to find a team to grind with. I have thousands of hours in several different fps games on console and PC and have recently started to enjoy playing apex competitively and I want to take myself to the next level. I am not currently a top-tier apex player but I know if I have the opportunity to grow and succeed I will rise to the occasion this is my passion and I'm willing to put in the hours even after my motivation runs out.
