Looking to get better and eventually get to LAN or pax and play with the pros

I mainly play apex, I get in a good 20hrs a week on top of my irl full time job, I’m looking for a team who could use someone that could get better, in no means I’m the best but I could be if I had the right team and org to help me get there.
