To go pro and make money from tournaments and such

I hit diamond 4 last season solo queue and can tell I would be able to go higher if given a team that bases more off of rotations and understands the importance of rotation. This summer I would be playing a lot and would be playing as much as I could right now. I would like to join a team that would take me into consideration and help me further my gameplay and become better.
