To improve and move to competitive play

Looking to join a group that is competitive and likes to practice to get better . I have 102 wins and over 1,100 top 10s . My current K/D .92 but have improved over the weeks and have pushed to 1.40 . I started late in Season 3 with a slow start but now have made huge improvements. Looking for a group that communicates and work as a unit .
