Looking for squad mates that play strategically (play to win, placement) and at the same level.

I’m a new PC player best suited as squad support. My overall KD is 0.87. However, I believe it would be in the 1.25-1.50 range if I was playing with people with mic in randoms or players that don’t quit halfway through the game.
