To grow as streamer and to improve at the games I play

I am small streamer looking to go full time in the future. I'd like to join a team to grow on twitch and YouTube I would also like a team to do tournaments with. On warzone id class my self as above average player. I want to be in team that will help me also grow as a player to be better at the games I play.
