Playing in E-sports tournaments

Hi, I'm 25 years old Serbian who lives in Austria, Vienna ^^ My best rank in CS:GO was GN 4. Right now I'm GN 1, I started playing again 3 days ago.
I have approx. 430h. I'm looking for a serious team as I want to bring my game to the next level.
