I want to be in a team, to rank up, tryhard and also have fun

I am 14 years old, french guy, who is Silver 3 in CS:GO and can play at the position of sniper, lurker, and entryfragger but can't play as support. I can speak english well but I have a french accent so it can be a bit difficult to understand me. I am in NA west server.
