Winning tournaments

Only been playing CS for about a year an a half now. Currently ranked MG2 on MM, LVL 4 Faceit an do not have ESEA but can purchase if needed. I am looking for a team who loves the game an loves to take it serious. Want to help build a competitive team an begin to play in tournaments.
