To become a semi/professional csgo player

Hi, Jude here, I have lead and played with team Zynx for around two months. We have participated in many CME.gg tournaments aswell as competitive scrims. The teamplay has slowed and therefore, i have begun playing many ESEA pugs. I am now looking for a new team to become more competitive with. (My csgo-stats.com page is incorrect, as I once boosted my Stat-Trak kills on my scout haha as can be seen there)
