Compete in Tournaments and grow as a team.

Want to branch out of my comfort zone and get started playing with a team on a regular basis with hopes of entering into tournaments in the future. I'm silver but I will not be for long with a team to work with. My aim is not the problem. I practice my aim everyday. MM is pure chance when solo queuing and I'm tired of losing because of it.
