Want to compete relatively competitively in a calm, non ragey environment.

I'm a 26 year old bloke, I have life obligations like a job, girlfriend etc. So i'm occupied throughout the week, But tend to put in hours over the weekend and evenings.

I'm a decent rifler and awper, Not a great IGL but have mainly played entry with the right support behind me.

I preferably want a UK team who communicate. Also up for a laugh. Also a team who's 18+. But i'm open to EU teams!
