I'm looking for a Gold Nova Team that is willing to get better, and maybe someday get to Global Elite. If you are gonna throw or not play seriously (I mean trying doesn't mean you can't laugh), then I'm not interested.

I have 460 hours in CS:GO and am Gold Nova 2 (cs:go used to be an on and off experience, so I never ranked up). I'm definitely not the best, but everyday I strive to be better by practicing and learning.
