I want to find nice people to play with. If possible I want to join a casual team, with a strong level in order to reach PLATINIUM at least, but still playing in a good atmosphere.

I have 18YO, I already played with plat / low diamounds, without pressure it was with friends, and it gone alright.

To my mind, players should haccept advises in order to improve their skill and moreover to enhance their qualities.
