Going up the ranks in competitive and playing tournaments

Hello,

i´m searching for a X-Box One Overwatch Team who is willing to work up the ranks and will be participating in tournaments in the future.
My English is fluent and i am an absolute team player with the ability to call out good strats and counter enemy tactics.
I have the time to practice 2-3 times a week, maybe even more depending on the situation, mainly i play any support or DPS.
