I want to participate in tournaments for fun and I want to have a casual but impactful experience

I'm currently a gold player but I have enough game sense to coach for plat and below. I'm mainly a flex support, playing a lot of Ana, Zenyatta, and Baptiste but I can comfortably play any support hero. I'm also more than capable of playing main tank if needed. I consider myself a good leader and shot caller if I'm comfortable with the people I'm playing with.
