I'd like to try out how well I'd work in a coordinated team and see how well I'd do

Never been on a team, I feel like I'd do really good on a team and I find myself doing pretty good in my games most times but my team comps or players aren't good and well either not have a good healer or tank or they'll just all be dps and throw. I'm looking for good, intelligent teammates who know what their doing and good, competitive games
