I Want to start a team to build a consistent ranked group and participate in tournaments to grow together before OW2

I am a DPS/Support player that has peaked at 4200 in support pre role queue with Overwatch. I have played on 3700 average CGL teams.
I primarily play Hanzo, Ashe as DPS or Ana, Zen as support. I have coached silver players to help their gameplay and breakdown on how to improve and climb in rank.
