I'm trying to find a competitive team that will help me push myself toward the goal of an esports championship

I have the ability to play all positions on a field, but excel in support healing and dps characters. I can tank, but not very well. My 2 most used characters are Zenyatta and Hanzo. i play for fun most of the time and could use some real training. I'll be queing for random 6v6 matches in the meantime
