To become an esport player someday when I can afford a pc.

I am a 13 year old who is a main tank (mainly zarya) player with a 4 KD in quick play and a 3.5 KD in comp. I am a low level but I am a pretty good zarya and I wish I could play esports (I play on Xbox don’t judge me) I know a ton of zarya tips and have 24+ hours of zarya playtime (I can play Reinhardt too) and I’m looking for a non-toxic chill team that takes dubs. Btw I picked silver for my Elo, but I’m not silver, I just haven’t done my placement matches this season yet XD.
