I want to move up out of silver/gold. Looking to go plat, maybe even diamond.

I am a support main, I can play alittle dps and tank but prefer to heal. I play alot of Moira and Mercy. Can do some Zen, working on getting good with Ana. I sit in mid to high silver, sometimes low gold. I've been playing comp for 2 seasons, and the game in general for a year. I use my mic and like to communicate and joke around. My schedule is pretty open besides when I work but I play alot. I accept criticism on game play as long as I don't get bashed all the time, I can only support the team as much as I'm supported. I've just been solo queueing and its dragging me further down.
