Become a pro gamer/entertainer, and improve in the games i play

I am an avid player of R6 and i have been playing for a long time. I feel like ive plateaued as a player and struggle to improve due to my current group not wanting to take the game as serious as myself. Id like to play the game less casually with a team because in my opinion, it is more fun and rewarding . I also play other games such as overwatch, call of duty, and various other shooters
