To hit diamond and win an ESL tournament of sorts

I am a normal siege player, looking to play in a more competitive environment than ranked. I am currently Platinum 2 and I play any operator on attack and defence, whoever is needed I will play. I can adapt to any play-style of a team from really aggressive to even a passive play style.
