I am looking for a team that can help/teach me to get better at the game, so that I can be better at this game and play it competitively in the future.

I've started playing Rainbow Six around summer 2019 and recently started getting into the game and started to play it more seriously and I am looking for a serious team to play the game with, in future tournaments and other competitive matches.
