Getting farther in the game through excelling with a team

I'm a person who has grown up around games all his life. I've always thought of doing something more with them, possibly even making a future out of them. I'm able to take criticism and move on for the better of the team. I want to get better with people who I can call my squad. I've taken shot caller positions in squads before but I don't mind letting someone else shine.
