I want to be able to put my consistent effort into effect.

I'm a consistent player that has the ability to go further then what I'm capable of with a coordinated team. Playing solo or with people I mean is not a great way to go about things. I feel great things can happen when you put in enough time into something, and I'm looking to take the next step.
