Get on a team, learn as much as I can, make a career out of videogames

I am eager to get into the competitive scene of rainbow six, and would like to start practicing/scriming with a team as soon as possible. I understand that I have very little competitive knowledge and want to learn as much as I can. I am a high plat 3 player
