I would like to find a team have a better gamesense and have a better english

My pseudo is TeteDeSushi. I have from France but I know live in the U.S. I would like to find a team to ameliorate my gamesense. My rank actually is Platinum 3 but I didn't really rush that much( aproximatively 30 games).
