Looking to dominate the comp scene

Hello

I have played rainbow six siege for about a year and a half. I play on both platforms such as Ps4 and Pc but I want to get into a team on Ps4, because the rules for competitive play on Pc are to restricted for my age I`m diamond on ps4 and Pc and in parrabelum I`ve been top 500 north america I`m looking to dominate the competitive scene on ps4.
