Competition, getting better and helping others

I’m a 16 year old kid from Texas who loves gaming and competition I have that drive to win and succeed over anything, I play R6S on a competitive level most the time to strive to get better, I’ve been looking for an eSports team for a while and didn’t know where to turn to.
