I just wanna play the game, get a high rank, and some other stuff

I just want to find a good team that I can work well with. I’m a fairly decent player and just wanna find a team who’s fun to play with and also pretty good that works well with me. I’ve hit champ 1 but dropped and am looking to hit champ 2 by next season.
