Grind to Radiant and then scrim and enter tournaments

Looking for a dedicated team that plays a lot, either grinding ranked or scrimming and playing in tournaments.
I'm 20 and from the UK, I play Brim, Sova, Sage (pre-nerf) and Breach and I'm currently Immortal 3.

I have team and LAN experience from CS where I was GE, Faceit Level 10, ESEA A+.
