Trying to get to the pro level in valorant.

My name is Gio I have been looking for an opportunity to get to the pro level in a game for a while now and valorant looks like it is finally my chance at the spotlight I'm looking for a team that can help me practice because I'm trying to find any chance to learn and get practice and get better to get as good as I can. I am ok with playing any role except IGL so I would appreciate any opportunity of being in a team.
