grow as a player and with a team.

I’ve recently hit platinum in valorant, im 16 and play on NA WEST severs. my act rank last season was silver 2 and just a few days ago (of writing this) but i managed to climb to plat and almost plat 2 in about 3 days. my act rank isn’t good at all but i think i’m at the rank i deserve and am looking for people to help me get better as a player and grow with them as a team even if i’m on the bench just being a party of a community would be amazing. just a tryout of some sort would be amazing thanks for ya time :)
