Hopefully I can find a team that is willing to work hard and practice so we can win tournaments

Hi, I'm looking for a valorant team to play scrims and potentially compete in tournaments.
My goal is to improve overall as a valorant player and playing in a team is much better for this than grinding ranked, I've reached immortal rank last act and my goal for this act is to hit radiant.
