Wanting to grind the ranks and play scrims to become a better overall player and team player with the big goal to make it pro

I am a decently new player at the game with only having played since a few acts ago. I am searching for ways that I can become a better player and and climb the ranks, scrim, vod review, any way that I can become a better player is what I want to do in this game.
