Improve my skills, help my team to reach results, partecipate to tournaments

My name is Giulio. I'm Italian and I'm 25. I started playing video games since I was 11 and joined my first team when I was 14. I used to play on PS but swapped to PC since 2015.
I want to find a nice team where I can improve my skills and help the team to reach very good results. I can speak English fluently as I lived in UK for 4 years
