Maybe get into a future Valorant team, be able to compete, and to build my name around the game

I'm a 14-year-old player that wants to possibly pursue a career in Esports. I put myself in the Middle- group because I have trouble staying consistent and there are still many more things that I have to learn. Most of the time, I am able to control my attitude in a game and not tilt and I'm working to deplete all tilt from myself so I can perform the best I can possibly perform. I should take the time to note that I currently play on a gaming laptop, but at the end of the day it still gets the work done and I'm still able to do good.
