I want to compete at at least a "middle +" level but hopefully reach a much higher level over time.

I'm 18 years old and I just want to game. I love competing and am trying to get enough people together to start competing in Valorant tournaments. I've played CSGO for 5 years and have over 4,000 hours of play time. I've learned a lot and have experienced a lot through all of that time and I want to start learning more in Valorant.
