I want to reach higher ranks and overall become a better player

I have a very flexible schedule. I can play 24/7 but come August my schedule becomes limited to me only being able to play late in the day because of school. I'm 14 and I'm an east cost player. I have had past experience with games such as Rainbow Six Siege and lots of CS:GO so I have a great understanding of the game. My current rank is Gold 1 and that's my highest at the moment. I'm looking to hit high ranks such as Diamond and so on. I didn't play the beta of Valorant if that matters to anyone. Looking for a series team that is looking to practice most time of the week and play ranked/competitive seriously.
