Ambitionen
BLACKSPELL's ambition is to build a recognized and respected competitive Call of Duty organization that can compete at increasingly higher levels of competition.
Our immediate focus is developing strong, disciplined rosters through structured practice, VOD review, competitive 8's, scrims, CMG tournaments, and consistent team development. We want players who are hungry to improve and willing to put in the work required to compete seriously.
Long term, our goal is to establish BLACKSPELL within the Call of Duty Challengers scene, compete at LAN events, build championship-caliber rosters, and create opportunities for our players to reach the highest levels of competitive Call of Duty.
Outside of competition, we want to grow BLACKSPELL into a recognizable esports brand with a strong community, quality content, talented creators, and a reputation for developing people—not simply recruiting whoever is already winning.
Our goal isn't to participate. It's to compete, improve, and eventually become a name people recognize.

BLACKSPELL is a competitive Call of Duty esports organization built around discipline, teamwork, development, and winning. We're building a serious competitive environment for players who want more than casual matches—we want people who are committed to improving, competing, and representing something bigger than themselves.
Our competitive program focuses on structured practice, VOD review, scrims, CMG tournaments, competitive 8's, and eventually Call of Duty Challengers. We're looking to develop strong team chemistry and give dedicated players an environment where they can grow individually while learning how to win as a team.
We're also building BLACKSPELL beyond the roster. We're developing a community of players, coaches, managers, graphic artists, VFX editors, and content creators who want to help grow the brand and be part of what we're building.

Anforderungen
- Must be 18+ for our primary competitive roster
- Must play on PC
- Must have a working microphone and communicate consistently
- Must be available for scheduled practices, VOD reviews, scrims, and tournaments
- Must be willing to compete in CMG and eventually Call of Duty Challengers
- Must be coachable and willing to receive constructive criticism
- Must understand competitive Call of Duty fundamentals or be willing to learn
- Must prioritize teamwork, communication, and winning over individual statistics
- Must maintain reasonable activity and communicate absences ahead of time
- No excessive toxicity, ego, rage quitting, or disrespect toward teammates/opponents
- Previous competitive experience is preferred, but attitude, potential, and dedication matter
- Players must complete a tryout/evaluation before receiving a roster position
