Iron Covenant is currently being built from the ground up with a clear focus on discipline, integrity, and long-term competitive growth.

We are not a finished organization, and we are not looking for players who want a quick team. We are looking for players who want to be part of building something the right way from the beginning.

Our goal is to create a structured, competitive environment over time — starting with the right people. Skill matters, but mindset, communication, and consistency matter more at this stage.

What we are looking for:

– Strong communication and team mentality
– Consistent availability and commitment
– Ability to take feedback and grow

What to expect:
– Applications are reviewed before tryouts
– Tryouts are structured and selective
– Not everyone will be accepted
