Ambitionen
Hybris Gaming is a “newly” started e-sports organization that was founded by two cousins from Sweden with a vision to bring more people into the e-sport scene.
To get some history on this organization we have to go back to 2016 when me and my cousin wanted to start this up to be able to help the young and talented players out there to get a flag to play under, feel appreciated and become a part of something bigger where they can get help and support in their journey. Now in September 2019 after a break for two years where we didnt have the time or resources we’re going to make this happen and we need your help.
We're hoping to become one of the top e-sport organizations in Europe.

Beschreibung
Hybris Gaming is a new multi-gaming eSports organization looking to climb to the top.
We're currently recruiting for Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2.
Requirements
- Age 18+
- European countries only
- Mature and dedicated
- Must own a functional microphone
Streaming
- Atleast one per team must have a streamer who promotes the team and our brand.
- You must have a schedule for your stream.
Tournaments (Online and IRL)
- You must attend atleast one tournament or entry per month
- Hybris Gaming will be taking a cut of 15% on your tournament winnings, this is to pay for entries, travels and gear.
- During Tournaments you will have to wear Hybris Gaming gear.
- Meals will be payed by manager or team captain during tournaments if attending otherwise receipts will have to be sent to Hybris Gaming and then refunded.
Practices
- We want you to have atleast four scheduled pracites per week.
- We want you to report to us monthly with your progress, problems and so on.
Events
- During gaming events you have to wear Hybris Gaming gear and represent Hybris Gaming
Social media & advertisement
- Every team will get promoted via our social media feeds.
- We will promote our brand and our teams via advertisement on Facebook, Instagram and different forums.
- We want you to advertise Hybris Gaming via your social media feeds and profiles.
- Under no circumstances when representing Hybris Gaming are you allowed to be under the influence of drugs, promote use of violence or criminal activities.
