I'm looking to make a competitive team of likeminded people with the goal of improving andn learning more at League of Legends. The aim is not to go professional, but to learn and grow as League players, but also be able to carry some of these skills into life. I want the team to participate in team replay analysis, 360 feedback circles where the team talks about the issues we're facing, sharing self-improvement advice to help us suceed in all areas of life, drills, and custom game practice sessions. Our goal is to improve and have fun playing league through competitive advancement If we place and get Silver or Bronze; that's just our team's starting point and doesn't mean we're bad and can't improve. What makes a good league player is his ability to learn and adapt. I expect respect and willingness to learn and cooperate as well as ability to meet sessions. Once enough people have signed up, we can organize the best times to practice. High Gold/Plat elo preferred.
