This team will compete in leagues and single day tournaments and look to go pro, that is our main goal with our highest level team.
Online-Erfahrung
- Experience coaching a team or playing on a competitive team.
- Achieve 4k+ SR consistently.
Offline-Erfahrung
- Leadership in sports, school or work.
Beschreibung
BINX Lions is in need of a dedicated coach.
We expect our Overwatch coach to be able to:
- communicate effectively with upper management and players
- schedule scrims
- assist in signups for tournaments/leagues
- be present at practices/gamedays
- send reminders to your team about the schedule
- connect with your team and boost morale (bonding)
We will train willing participants.
This is a volunteer position and will be paid in the future.
If you are seeking paid position, we can negotiate as we have worked with paid coaches previously.
Anforderungen
- Must be 18+.
- Available on weeknights.
