Ambitions to enter big tournaments and get popular and earn some nice cash along the way
This is a “non-contract” position and being awarded a position as Player does not secure your position within the organization indefinitely. DES management and staff reserve the right to release Player(s) at any time, for any reason.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Play Esports games competitively
• Stream or record gameplay regularly
• Participates in team meetings
• Compete in tournaments, scrims, leagues, etc.
• Work with other Player(s) in your team to attain victory
• Practice to improve skills daily
• Maintain professionalism in-game and offline
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of GameBattles, Toornament, ESL experience or similar experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional skills in any competitive game
• Attention to Detail
• Must be self-directed and able to compete in tournaments and practice with limited supervision
• Ability to interact effectively with peers, management, staff, and the public
• Promote a good organization image and maintain confidentiality
Expected Hours of Work:
• Minimum of 6 hours per day including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays
