Beschreibung
Flip Gaming is an online retailer for pre built computers and components. We've been trading since April and so far, we've far exceeded (in terms of sales) what we originally thought we'd achieve in our first couple of months. Due to how well we're doing, we're looking to expand and create what effectively will be an esports network. I've been assigned to look after the esports side of things whilst other staff concentrate on operating Flip Gaming as a business. I've no doubt though, that at some point i'll need more staff as the brand grows.
I'm looking to fill one full team consisting of three players, with one sub.
By playing for us, we'll enter you into high tier tournaments and events. You'll get the added bonus of having an exclusive discount for all of our stock should you need any additional hardware, along with free merchandise custom made for your good self for use in streams or LAN tournaments.
We aren't paying players at the moment, but it is something we'll look into should the team get enough brand exposure.
We haven't yet seen you play, so we can't obviously judge how good a fit you'll be within the team. We're intending on gathering those interested into trials, with the best performing players awarded player contracts through us. I'll be your point of contact throughout this process if you have any questions at all.
We'll be assessing players on the trials by monitoring:
- General skill
- Communication abiliity
- Teamwork
- Rotation
- Mechanics
Our player contracts highlight a very generous revenue package that most other esports teams would be envious of.
We'll allow you to treat Flip Gaming as a stepping stone, should any well known esports team come knocking on our door.
