Empyre Esports Organisation description:
Empyre Esports is an organisation based in the United States, founded in October 2019 by CEO GG Fyre (Ryan)
A relatively new but fast-growing organisation focussed on competing at the highest level in Rocket League (RLCS).
Empyre Esports has competitive Rocket League rosters in both the NA and the EU. Currently, we are looking for new talent to join our EU roster.

Recruitement information for Empyre's EU roster:
Hi
We are looking for highly skilled Rocket League players (1700+ mmr 3s) that have a high ambition for Rocket League and are willing to work together towards reaching RLRS/RLCS in the future. Determined and skilled players, that's what we're looking for!
What we expect from you:
- Willing to improve, open for replay analysis.
- Non-toxic, able to give constructive criticism and able to keep a positive mindset regardless of results.
- Available and motivated to compete in tournaments and ranked frequently (the more often you are available to compete and the more motivated you are, the more likely you will be accepted).
- 1700+ mmr in 3s, if you hover between 1700 - 1800 mmr in 3s, you're more than high enough to apply.
- Able to speak English.
- Working mic.
- Stable internet connection.
- Active in Discord.
- You live in Europe.
- Intended to stay loyal to the org and to your team and push for success in all qualifying competitions.
While all of this sounds very serious, it is also intended that you have fun in your team and are open to play some casual games every now and then to relax from the competitive scene of Rocket League and to keep a positive mindset within your team.
Coach:
There is also a coach reserved for the EU roster that will help you and your team improve and maintain structure within your team.
Salary:
Currently, players aren't being paid yet to play for Empyre Esports so don't expect that in the near future, although salaries may come in the future. This is yet to be confirmed but it is possible.
