Requirements:
Owns a Ps4 and Mic
16 years of age or older
Level 15+ for entry, Level 30 for Competitive (Levels may fluctuate over time)
Has good team skills
Can use call-outs appropriately and cleanly
High Awareness (Of enemies, teammates, map, timers, minions, camps, towers, etc.)
Does not get cocky or kill thirsty, plays strategically and tactically
Has mastered 7+ characters (In numerous classes, can play various roles) NOTE: If person does not have characters mastered in two or more classes and they are accepted onto the team they are automatically ranked/classified as a last choice fill-in when playing competitively until they master other classes
Availability (Can be analyzed by Secretary and noted for member descriptions)
Does not rage or get angry (Keeps a calm and level head at all times)
Not a sore loser
Understands that OmiArchon is the Leader and that their word is law (their word goes)
Understands that if necessary for the succession and/or health of the team, the Leader or Co-leader can and will remove you (NOTE: Confirm with the Leader and/or Co-leader. If a team member informs you of this and it is false, that member will face harsh consequences and/or removal from the team)
Must call teammates/members by their team name, NOT by their real name when talking with or about them on team terms (ex. Call outs, Team talks, Talking to fans or other people who are not in the team about other members)
Accepts the money percentages for winning competitions, or for certain situations for team reasons only (NOTE: Percentages can differ or vary depending on certain circumstances, talk with team leader OmiArchon for more information)
“Gamertag” and Team name is appropriate and professional (Call out reasons, it may confuse or is too long or hard to say, too many numbers/uppercase letters/lowercase letters/dashes/etc. are unacceptable
Communication and friendly relationships with the team members/teammates is extremely important for the health and stability of Team Ominous
